Liquid Detergent Filling

We presently package liquid manual dish washing and laundry detergent in a variety of container sizes consisting of; 1-gallon jugs, 5-gallon pails and 30-gallon drums. We supply the New York State Office of General Services (OGS) requirements for detergents with direct distribution deliveries, throughout the State. Our automated filling equipment allows us to fill containers from 4 ounce to one gallon container size with accuracy levels up to 0.1%.

We utilize an automated 8 head-filling machine that is supported by a M4 Wilden diaphragm pump. Supportive equipment consists of a 16-foot conveyor, variable speed unscrambling and accumulating tables. We utilize pneumatic cap tightners and attractive sleeve labels to compliment the appearance of the gallon containers.

Our 5,600-gallon fiber glass storage tank is easily accessible for tanker truck deliveries.

Commercial Cleaning Products Information

Through NYSID Contract we have two type of Institutional Cleaning Products which are Liquid dishwashing detergent and Laundry Detergent.  Laundry detergent comes in one gallon, 5 gallon, or 30 gallon drums.
