Wood & Plastic Manufacturing Services Our woodworking and plastic machining expertise is extensive and primarily provides services to large commercial customers providing the manufacturing of component parts. We provide custom manufacturing, to rigid quality standards and stringent specifications and tolerances. We carry an extensive inventory at any given time consisting of approximately sixty thousand dollars ($60,000.00) of wood and prime virgin high density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic in 4’ x 8’ sheets in thickness’ from 3/16 to 1 inch to service our customer requirements.
We cut, router, drill and shape both hard wood and HDPE plastics to customer specifications. We utilize table saws, drill presses, shapers, chop saws and pneumatic tools to assist us in manufacturing. We our responsible for planning and maintaining a critical inventory control system consisting of both raw materials and finished goods.
