BAND SEALING - VACUUM TRIM & BAG LOADERS

Our band sealing is accomplished by utilizing two automated high production band-sealing machines that will seal and trim virtually any width polybag. Our two machines are, APM Errich HCBS High Speed

Continuous Band & Vacuum Trim Sealers. Our band sealers are portable and can seal and trim most of the modern polybag packaging materials such as PE, PP, PVC and poly-cello

These extremely efficient, high-speed conveyorized sealers allow us to share with our customers our sealing cost efficiencies.

BAG LOADERS

When you have high volume bag insertion requirements, we will evaluate your production requirements and take into consideration the best methods for completion.

If your requirements are large enough, we would consider ordering polybags on wickets. We also would consider the use of our 20 available bag loaders, to maximize our cost efficiencies. The cost benefit of utilizing wicketed bags is to increase the speed of insertion due to the design of the bag’s opening. The use of wicketed bags in combination with bag loaders allows the bag to be opened with air pressure with the mouth of the bag being held open by guide arms. Utilizing wicketed bags and bag loaders, filling is quick and easy for the operators, minimizing the production time for insertion and keeping the insertion cost competitive.

The last step is sealing the polybag, we offer automated continuous band sealing and trimming services.  (Please refer to Band Sealing information above for more detailed information and benefits).
