CAPACITOR PACKAGING & MICROSCOPE INSPECTION

 MICRO CAPACITOR PACKAGING

We utilize magnification lamps to assist us in our technical electronic capacitor packaging requirements. We have the knowledge and the skills required to package some of the smallest capacitor requirements in  the industry. A routine small part for us measures 10 thousandths by 30 thousandths (0.010 X.0.030) in size. A completed package consists of 400 capacitors, packaged side by side in a two-inch square waffle pack.

Our quality assurance program has the capacity to exceed most manufacturing quality control requirements. Extensive order documentation requirements are maintained to the most stringent standards. We have staff trained and certified as “Official Trainers” for capacitor packaging. The training program consists of six weeks of on the job training where stringent quality standards must be maintained over a period of time for certification approval.
