The Arc names Employee of the Year
Utica, NY— The Arc,
Oneida-Lewis Chapter NYSARC has named Cindy Griswold as its 2004 Employee
of the Year at it’s annual Employee Recognition Event held on November 4
at the Beeches in Rome. Griswold has served as quality manager for The
Arc for the past eight years in the Residential Services office where she
is responsible for training for SCIP, First Aid and CPR, as well as
Residential training.
Cindy was nominated for
employee-of-the-year because she is a tremendous asset to the residential
program is multi-talented and very efficient. She is always volunteering
to take on additional responsibilities outside of her many job duties.
Griswold lives in Glenfield with her husband Robert.
Founded by a group of
concerned parents in 1954, The Arc is a non-profit human service
organization that provides advocacy and services for approximately 1,500
individuals with developmental disabilities in Oneida and Lewis counties.
