Entry Level Positions

Bakery Cafe Manager

Oneida Co. FT- Staff is responsible for overseeing the entire business operation and the facility       where the business is located. The manager will be hands on and involved with every aspect    necessary to make the business successful.

CW Resident Assistant

Variety of Shifts, Oneida Co. Responsible for the health and safety of the individuals in the residence and for maintaining the physical and social operation of the residence.

Day Habilitation Specialist I

Full Time, Oneida and Lewis Co. Assists in the implementation of the person we support’s ISP/Day Habilitation Plan by providing direct care, training, and supervision to the extent required by utilizing as many community based resources and supports as appropriate to the plan.

Habilitation Specialist II (Full Time, Oneida and Lewis Co)

Responsible to provide individuals with developmental disabilities with training and supervision to the extent required by their Individual Services Plan (ISP).

Hospital Sitters

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES -Per-Diem, Oneida and Lewis Counties. Provides direct supervision and frequent safety checks on patients in hospital and responds accordingly.

Mentor

Oneida Co. FT- Staff will provide assistance and supervision of the individual’s day-to day activities, socialization, recreation and daily living skills development.

Residence Counselor

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES, Oneida and Lewis Co, FT and PT positions. Variety of shifts. Staff will provide assistance and supervision of the individual’s day-to-day activities and will ensure the health and safety of the people we support.

Residence Counselor Awake-Overnight

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES, Oneida and Lewis Co, FT and PT positions. Staff will provide assistance and supervision of the individual’s day-to-day activities and will ensure the health and safety of the people we support. POSITION MAY NOT REQUIRE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.

Residence Manager

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES, Oneida and Lewis Co, FT and PT positions. Variety of shifts. Ensure the health and safety of the individuals; and the effective and efficient physical and social operation of the residence during their shift.

Respite Specialist

COMMUNITY AND FAMILY SERVICES, Respite Care Home, Full Time. The Respite Specialist will provide respite for family members of individuals with developmental disabilities in the Arc’s Respite Care Home.

Respite Specialist/Community Respite

FT- Oneida County, Mon-Fri. The Respite Specialist will provide respite for family members of individuals with developmental disabilities in the community.

House Manager

Full Time, Lewis Co. Overall responsibility for the health and safety of the people  we  support, responsible for the effective and efficient physical and social operation of the residence and responsible for the development of positive relationships with staff, neighbors, local businesses and other service providers.  Follows  the  principles  outlined in the Agency's Core Values and  Mission Statement.

Prevocational Mentor

Oneida Co. FT- Staff will be responsible for engaging, coordinating, and monitoring productivity     by providing training to the people we support at Chef’s express. Communicate effectively with company personnel, families and other human service professionals

Service Liaison

Full Time, Oneida & Lewis Co. Oversee the Clinical needs and services of the Day Habilitation and Residential Habilitation programs. 


Bachelor Degree

College Works Career Instructor

Oneida Co. FT- Instructor will develop and implement program goals and objectives in various modules in depending on the work force needs in the local community. Position will work with Year 1 students on Career Exploration and Year 2 students on their Career Specialization.

CW Work Life Skills Instructor

Oneida Co. Full Time The Work Life Skills Instructor will provide students with academic instruction, training and supervision to the extent required by their LifePlan.

Employment Counselor

Oneida Co, FT- Staff is responsible for provision of employment supports to people with disabilities. Such services include clinical rehabilitation evaluations, assessments, and counseling as needed to assist people we support identify and meet their vocational goals. Also responsible for assisting with production demands including visiting off-site such as Nickel-Back redemption and heading structured rehabilitation on both the clinical and production side. Providing job skill training and shadowing as well as classroom-based instruction focusing on vocational preparation

Employment Specialist II

Oneida Co. FT- Staff is responsible for the provision of employment supports to the people we support to help them identify and meet their vocational needs, maximizing their independence and utilizing all of the resources in the community available to them. 

Evening Program Manager (Residential)

Oneida Co. PT-.Staff is responsible for the health and safety of the people we support, responsible for the effective and efficient physical and social operation of the residence and responsible for the development of positive relationships with neighbors, local businesses and other service providers. Oversee the staff in the implementation of the Individualized Service Plan

Prevocational Counselor

Oneida Co. FT- Staff is responsible for provision of prevocational supports to people with disabilities. Responsible for the provision of employment supports to people with disabilities in the community, to help them identify and meet their vocational needs, maximizing their independence and utilizing all of the resources in the community available to them. May include, but not limited to, providing job skill training, job counseling, and supports and shadowing, as well as classroom based instruction focusing on vocational preparation.


Licensed

Registered Nurse

Full Time, Lewis Co. To ensure the supervision and provision of nursing services to the people we support at program site.

Residential Services LPN

PT, Oneida Co., Flexible schedule. Assist the Registered Nurse/Program Coordinator in providing the day-to-day oversight and health care for the people we support in Residential Services.

Speech Language Pathologist

FT, days, Oneida County. To provide intervention and evaluation of speech and language disorders to those children who are identified in need of speech therapy services. Provide direct speech therapy intervention to those children who are assigned to clinician’s caseload.
