Play & Say is a developmental play group for Early Intervention Participants age: 18 months to 3 years of age and their parent/caregivers.

Play & Say is a therapeutic, developmental play group that is designed by a multi-disciplinary team to enhance the child's gross motor, fine motor, sensory, cognitive and speech-language development.

Play & Say uses music, rhythm, and movement to stimulate movement, language and interactions.

Play & Say also incorporates the many benefits of Brain Gym® into the play group. Brain Gym® is made up of movement patterns that simulate both the right and left sides of the brain. Having both sides of the brain working together will promote learning, aside from just being fun!

Play & Say is offered at The Arc's Administration Building, 245 Genesee Street Utica, NY. Tuesday afternoons from 4:30-6:00 and/or Saturday mornings from 10:00-11:30. The Arc also provides clinic based occupational, physical and speech therapy.
