The use of alternative modes of communication can be implemented if needed. Functional feeding and swallowing skills are also addressed.

Special Education services address cognitive and processing delays and difficulties with maintaining attention. Behavior modification strategies and techniques are implemented as needed and teachers assist children to enhance their school readiness skills.

Services are offered in the home and community environments or in The Arc’s Therapy & Play Center, 241 Genesee Street, Utica, NY.
