Conference and Training Center, The Arc can provide businesses with the
facilities to hold staff training, board retreats or other group business
functions. We can provide an attractive, comfortable environment, knowledgeable
staff and the equipment you need to make your training event or conference

We
have what it takes to make your presentation a success!
Located in the heart
of downtown Utica,
the Conference Center can accommodate up to 80
attendees and divides easily into separate
spaces for smaller conferences or breakout sessions. Several room plans
are available to meet your business needs.
A full range of
audio and video equipment is available on-site,
including wireless microphone capability for presentation flexibility.
Several lighting options also exist to enhance your presentation.
Our laser computer
presentation system allows conference leaders to illustrate their
presentations with graphics and other material directly from their
computer.
Whatever
material is on the laptop screen can be displayed for the entire group.
The Center also features computer hookups to allow participants to use
their own computers on site. The Center is equipped to audiotape or
videotape your session for maximum retention of information by attendees.
All
services provided by the Center are fully accessible to persons with special
needs. Central climate control offers maximum comfort for all participants.

In today’s
competitive business world, flexibility and cost management are key
factors to the success of any organization. Our goal at The Center is to
help your organization meet its conferencing needs by combining maximum
flexibility with attractive, affordable rates.
The
Center is available during the business day, evenings and on weekends.
Rate packages are
available depending on the size and duration of the seminar or
presentation. Weekday rates:
Up to 30 people Full Day $125.00 Half day
$75.00
31 to 80 people Full Day
$150.00 Half day $125.00
Refreshments and lunch or
snacks can be provided for your group.
Refreshments include coffee at $2.50 per pot, with cookies at an
additional $.50 per pot. Soft drinks and other snacks are also
available at the vending machines.
Lunch choices include box lunches at $5.00 per person, or a Cold Buffet
(minimum order 20 people) contact us for current rate.
