Day Services

Day Treatment

Day Treatment is a planned combination of diagnostic, treatment and habilitative services provided to persons in need of a broad range of clinical supported and structured habilitation services.

Day Treatment provides and ensures provision of all needed services in accordance with comprehensive functional assessment (CFA) for the individual needs of each person.  It is a medical model program that successfully meets the needs of the most challenging individuals (medically, clinically, or behaviorally).

Due to the progressive nature of the programs the Arc offers numerous community inclusion opportunities to its consumers. Designed to meet each person's needs and preferences, individualized services are delivered in the community.

A variety of services delivered by qualified professionals and direct care staff include:

§ Independent living skills
§ Medical oversight services
§    Nursing services
§ Nutrition services
§    Occupational therapy services
§ Physical therapy services
§ Psychology services
§ Self-care skills
§ Social work services
§ Speech therapy services
§ Therapeutic recreation services

For those individuals who might not need all of the above-mentioned services, Day Habilitation could be another option.
