The Arc’s administrative offices in the heart of downtown Utica at 245
Genesee Street. Easy access is just minutes away from the New York State
Thruway interchange, and Routes 5, 5S, 8 and 12.
Municipal
parking
is available near The Arc at reasonable rates
during traditional business hours, and at no charge on evenings
and weekends.
Several restaurants,
cafes and shops are within easy walking distance of The Arc.

Genesee St.
New York State Thruway-
Take
exit 31 - Follow signs for
Genesee St. Downtown. Take Genesee St .south about 1.5 miles Turn left
on Blandina. Take first right onto Union St. Turn left into Union/ Blandina
Parking lot.
From Route 12, from the south-
Turn Right on
Court Street. and follow court/Hopper St. past Genesee St. to Union St.
and turn left on Union and turn right into the Union/Blandina Parking
lot.
From Route 12, from the North-
Take Downtown
Utica/State St. Exit. bear right and turn right at the stop sign onto
State St. Turn left on Court St. and follow court/Hopper St. past Genesee
St. to Union St. and turn left on Union and turn right into the Union/Blandina
Parking lot.

to 14 Arnold Ave
From NY State
Thruway -Take Exit 31
Follow signs for Genesee St.
Downtown. Turn right on to Genesee St . and head south for about 3 miles.
Turn right at corner of Arnold Ave and Genesee St. The Facility will be
on your right hand side about half-block. Free parking is to the right
of the building. Use the front door, Arnold Ave Entrance.
From North or
South -Traveling on Route 12/5 into Utica.
Take the Burrstone Road exit. At
the traffic light, corner's of Burrstone and Sunset Ave take a right. At
the first traffic light, corner of Arnold and Sunset, take left. The
Facility will be on your left hand side about a half block. Free parking
is to the right of the building use the front door, Arnold Ave Entrance.
