Vocational Services consists of well-developed and highly successful programs, which provide people with disabilities an array of supports to link them to the working world.
Through matching the skills and talents of the individual, specialized training supports are developed with a focus of instilling self-confidence and self-direction in the individual within a work and social setting. The Arc enables people with disabilities to find employment suitable to them in the community, at enclaves or within our own facility based employment.
Vocational Training services provide training and paid work experience to individuals within a work setting. Utilizing the skills of trained staff we are able to provide a significant level of medical and behavioral supports needed by those who choose this option.
