Icing On The Cake
New York State Assemblymember Marianne Buttenschon of the 119th District visited Arc, Oneida-Lewis headquarters at 245 Genesee Street to present The Arc with a New York State Legislative Resolution/Proclamation in recognition of the agency's 70th Anniversary.
The Assemblymember posed with David, a baker in training at our Chef's Express bakeshop. Representative Buttenschon even stopped by the bakery to purchase baked goods before leaving.
Chef's Express is a bakeshop that's owned and operated by The Arc, Oneida-Lewis, providing employment training opportunities for people with developmental disabilities.
