StageWorks Brings “Alice in Wonderland” to Life

A Whimsical Journey to Wonderland

Our StageWorks program made a triumphant return with a spellbinding adaptation of Alice in Wonderland at Clinton Central School on Friday. The one-night-only performance drew a crowd of more than 400 people, who were treated to a visual masterpiece featuring stunning sets, dazzling choreography, countless musical numbers, and heartfelt performances complete with some improvisation and comedy that brought the classic tale to life like never before.

The Lewis County Rockers dance troupe kept the energy up with a fun-filled intermission performance. Commemorative t-shirts, featuring a design by Brandon Ramos, a person who attends The Arc’s Venture Day Program, were sold, along with delicious refreshments by The Arc’s own Chef’s Express bakeshop. The money raised helps cover production costs and expenses, while helping to fund future performances. The final musical number of the night featured the entire cast and brought the audience to its feet, earning a standing ovation that lasted several minutes.
