Sprinkling In Some Fun!
Girl Scout Troop 20016 visited our Chef's Express Bakeshop for a behind-the-scenes tour. The scouts toured the kitchen and met Arc, Oneida-Lewis CEO, Karen Korotzer, Chef's Express Bakery Manager, Michele Campese, and Veronica, a baker in training. There was an informative question-and-answer session with great topics.
The highlight of the visit was Veronica's hands-on lesson, during which she showed the scouts how she frosts and decorates cupcakes. Each girl was given cupcakes, several frostings, and toppings to create their masterpieces. They proved to be quick studies, and we managed to snap a few pictures before they were gone.
