Community & Family Services offers programs for children and adults, ranging from Early Intervention services to Recreation and site-based Respite, Summer Day Camp, Day Habilitation services, and more.

Siblings of children with disabilities are often eligible for these programs too. Offerings include one-on-one tutoring in reading and math, as well as age-specific social programs—Saturday Friends (ages 5–10), Saturday Friends in the Afternoon (ages 11–14), and Teen Time (ages 15–18)—which promote friendship building and provide caregivers with respite. These programs are supervised by trained staff and held regularly at the Riverside Day Habilitation building in Marcy.
